A big dunk to the entire Wisconsin House of Representatives for passing a bill banning the so-called morning after pill on University of Wisconsin campuses. Both houses of the Wisconsin legislature are controlled by Republicans, but the Democratic governor Jim Doyle promises a veto if the measure reaches his desk.
