A drumroll, please . . .

Rob Levine wins a Spotty, with an oakleaf collar, for his commentary Case for vouchers ignores many facts in the October 24th Star Tribune. Spotty discussed the same issue, criticizing the same opinion piece by John Brandl, in Brandl's big splash. But Levine does a better job.
