Al Gore or Will Steger?

You have a choice, boys and girls. You can get up to speed on global warming by listening to a ninety-seven minute video lecture by Al Gore in An Inconvenient Truth, or you can go to a lecture by Will Steger in Edina on January 11th. Here's an advertisement for the event:

Here's where St. Patrick's is located. It's actually just south of Edina High School. One of Spot's pups used to park in the St. Pat's parking lot to avoid paying for a parking permit at the high school.

Kidding aside, the Al Gore presentation is a really good one. It's wonky, just like Al, but the information is great. But, don't pass up the chance to hear Will Steger who has been to the North Pole, and didn't use a submarine to get there.
